Review:

This seems like a capable tool. The extension did not work the first time it was installed. The tool worked fine after deleting and reinstalling. Todoist has lots of useful keyboard shortcuts but requires the user to manually open the extension before they can be used. The "Karma" feature adds a gamification element that might work well for some students. Karma is added or subtracted based on how well the user stays on top of the task list.

While not a negative, it is disappointing that many of the most functional features are only in the premium edition. These include file attachments and notes, icalendar synchronization, add emails as tasks, and labels (tags). The extension is a port to a third party service and is almost an App rather than an extension. The service benefits from very solid mobile support, so this might be a good option if it is important to have the task list across devices.

It's capable, but you really need to pay for the strength of this tool.
